摘要
为了提高土地开发整理规划编制的时效,在总结河南省部分县市土地开发整理规划编制工作的基础上,主要研究如何结合GIS和VBA来实现土地开发整理规划编制的自动化。
Based on the analysis of the land exploitation and consolidation planning of some counties of Henan province, the thesis researched how to join GIS with VBA to realize the progra mming automatilization of land development and arrangement planning.
