摘要
为指导光倒刺鲃的人工繁殖工作,进行了光倒刺鲃的繁殖生物学研究。结果表明:光倒刺鲃的成熟年龄为3+龄;亲鱼性腺在冬季处于Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期,5-8月性腺都处于Ⅳ期,为繁殖盛期,成熟系数为全年最高峰;成熟的雄鱼躯干后半部及吻端、眼下均有追星;为石砾产卵鱼类,产卵时水体流速约0.5-1.2m/Sec;相对繁殖力为19.5粒/g体重,体重(x)与怀卵量(y)的关系式为y=-0.08945+2.0046x;在水温26-29℃时,卵自受精到孵化所需时间为36h10min,其积温为990℃.h;胚后发育150d,形态和习性与成鱼相似。2005年根据其繁殖生物学特性进行人工繁殖,获得鱼苗230000尾。
In order to direct the artificial reproduction of Spinibabus calddzoellis , the reproductive biology was studied, and the results showed that the maturation age of Spinibabus calddzoellis was over three years; the gonads of parent fishes were at stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ in winter, and that were at stage Ⅳ during May to August. During Ⅳ stage, the reproductive peak of parent fishes appeared with the highest maturation coefficient in a year. The male maturation breeder had small starlight-like protuberances in the rear part of trunk and the front end of mouth and below the eyes. Spinibabus calddzoellis was a kind of fish spawning on gravels, and the velocity of water flow was 0. 5-1.2 m/Sec in spawning. The relative reproductive capacity of Spinibabus calddzoellis was 19.5 ova per gram of body weight, and the relationship formula between body weight (x) and egg-holding number (y) was y=-0. 08945 -t-2.0046x. When the water temperature was from 26℃ to 29℃, it took 36 hours and 10 minutes for the eggs to be hatched after fertilization, with the accumulated temperature of 990℃·h. The shape and habit of young fish was like as that of the adult fish in 150 days after the embryos developing. In 2005, the total number of 230,000 fries was gained from artificial breeding according to the reproductive biology.
