摘要 为得到替代甲基溴消毒土壤的、对环境无污染无残留的绿色、高效的病虫草害防治方法,进行了微波消毒蔬菜大棚土壤的研究。通过对比实验,得到了有效的微波消毒土壤的实施工艺方法。对消毒后土壤中的细菌、放线菌、真菌及病原微生物轮枝孢、枯草芽孢、青霉、黑曲霉、镰刀霉进行检测,结果表明,采用微波消毒土壤可以有效杀灭病原菌,适当的微波消毒方法可提高土壤肥力。盆栽试验表明,消毒土壤中种植的作物长势茁壮,无病虫草害发生。可见,微波消毒土壤可以有效预防和控制土传病害的发生,得到真正的绿色蔬菜,是取代甲基溴等土壤消毒方法的较好方法。 The experiments of sterilizing vegetable greenhouse soil by microwave were implemented in order to obtain a high effective control method on disease and insect pests which could replace methyl bromide without pollution and residue to environment. By compared experiments, an effective treating process of sterilizing soil with microwave was obtained. The population of bacteria, actinomycete, fungi, verticillium, bacillus subtilis, aspergillus niger, blue mold and fusarium in sterilized soil was counted, and the results showed that to sterilize soil by microwave could kill pathogen effectively, and properly sterilizing could increase the soll fertility. The pot experiments showed that the plant was more healthy and stronger in sterilized soil without any plant diseases and insect pests and weeds. In conclusion, sterilizing soil microwave could prevent and control soil-borne diseases effectively, and get true pollution-free green vegetables, and it was a better method to sterilize soll instead of methyl bromide.
