摘要
本文研究了在阿拉伯胶及Triton X-100存在下,Sb(Ⅲ)与KI、丁基罗丹明B高灵敏显色反应。产物的λ_(ax)=605nm、ε_(605nm)=7.33×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。Sb(Ⅲ)含量在0~1.2μg/25ml范围内符合Beer定律。同时,还详细研究了反应条件和十多种离子的干扰情况,拟定了痕量锑的水相高灵敏直接测定法,并作了试剂和水中锑的回收试验,结果符合要求。
In the presence of Arabic gel and Triton X-100, Sb(Ⅱ)ion reacts with KI and butyl rodamine B.λ_(max)of the product is 605nm, the molar absorptivity is 7.33×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~1. 2μg Sb(Ⅱ)/25ml. The condition of the colour reaction and the interference of 10 foreign ions were studied. Direct determination of trace Sb(Ⅱ)in aqueous medium was proposed. The recovery of antimony in reagent and water was satisfactory.
