摘要
本文研究了丁基罗丹明 B-磷钼杂多酸-PVA_124超高灵敏显色反应,提出了测定痕量磷新的分光光度法,缔合物的最大吸收波长位于588nm 处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε值为1.1×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm,研究了缔合物的组成比和红外光谱,并初步讨论了反应机理,本法直接用于钢、试剂和水样的分析,结果较为满意,测定下限分别可达4ppb(10ml 水)和2×10^(-6)%(1g 试剂)。
A now superhigh sensitive colour system of butyl rhodamine B (BRB)-molybdop- hosphoric acid-PVA-124 has been studied.The optimum conditions for the determination of phosphorus are [HNO_3]=0.15mol/L,[MoO_4^(2-)]=1.7×10^(-3)mol/L,[BRB^+]=6.4×10^(-6) mol/L and 0.12% PVA-124.The ion-associate exhibits maximum absorptivity at 588 nm.At the working wavelength of 590 nm,its apparent molar absorptivity was found to be 1.1× 10~6L·mol^(-1).cm^(-1),Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 0.26μg/25ml for P(V).The molar ratio of P(V) to BRB^+ in ion-associate was established to be 1:14 by molar ratio method and molar absorptivity contrast method,and the reaction mechanism has been discu- ssed.The complex is supposed to be a complicated ion-association complex with the possible formula {BRB_4·H_3[P(Mo_2O_7)_6]}·5[BRB_2·MoO_4].The proposed method has been used for the determination of trace phosphorus in steel,in some chemical reagents and in water with satisfactory results.
