摘要
本文提出一种以溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)为捕收剂,溶剂浮选吸光光度法测定碘的方法。确定了最佳分析条件。对离子缔合物(CTMA^+·I_3^-)的组成进行了测定。用法测定了两种海水样品中碘的含量,并与经典的淀粉-碘蓝法进行对照。实验表明,本方法有较高的灵敏度,较好的准确性和重现性。
The determination of trace iodine by solvent sublation spectrophotometry is carried out using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) as a collector. The optimum condition and the influence of foreign ions are studied. The maximum of wavelength, concentration range, accuracy and precision of the method are determined.As to determine the iodine content of sea water by this method, comparing ordinary iodine-btarch method, the result howl that this method has high sensitivity and good accuracy.
