摘要
中国社会保障史起步阶段的研究在一定程度上存在着传统和现代分离、理论方法依附于西方等方面的问题。中国社会科学研究中的西方化与本土化之争也迅速蔓延到这一年轻的研究领域中来。中国社会保障史研究的深化和健康发展需要经历很大的视野调整,既不能以西方为中心,又不能停留于对中国特色的单向强调,而要将中国历史的特殊性融入到世界历史的普遍性之中,依“普遍历史”的眼光,在同一时间维度中对中西社会保障问题进行思考,并通过历史实证研究,揭示中国社会保障演进的特殊道路。
The researches of Chinese history of social security leeches on to western researches now, so the problem of ＂westernization and indigenization＂ in the studies in Chinese social science spreads rapidly into the new and developing research field, and turns into a extrusive problem . In order to set up significative native histories of Chinese social security, a great rectification of visual field is needed . First of all, we should melt the particularity of Chinese history into the universality of the world history, and gain ＂reciprocal knowledge＂ of the histories of social security. Next, depending on the vision of ＂universal history＂, place Chinese and western social security in the same time dimensionality and open out the special way of Chinese social security development through demonstration researches.
