Ang-2、MVD在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨血管生成素-2(Ang-2)在人胃癌组织中表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)和临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化两步法检测51例人胃癌组织中Ang-2、CD34的表达,并以24例正常胃黏膜标本作为对照。对CD34阳性血管进行MVD计数,并结合临床资料进行统计学分析。结果胃癌组织中Ang-2的表达明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.01),Ang-2的表达与MVD呈明显正相关(r=0.71,P<0.01),Ang-2表达与胃癌的大小、有无淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期有关(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中的MVD明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织中Ang-2过度表达可能在肿瘤的血管生成和进展过程中起着重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of angiopoietin -2 (Ang -2) in gastric carcinoma and in normal tissues, the relationships between Ang- 2 and microvessel density (MVD), and their bearing on clinical features. Methods In 51 gastric carcinoma specimens and 24 normal tissue controls, the expression of Ang - 2 was tested by im- munohistochemistry; the MVD was assayed by CD34 positive blood vessel count. Results The expression of Ang -2 and MVD were significantly higher in gastric carcinoma than in normal tissue (P 〈 0.01 ). Remarkable positive correlation of Ang - 2 protein expression with MVD could be found in gastric carcinoma ( r = 0.71, P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of Ang - 2 was correlated with the tumor's size, penetrating depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The high expression of Ang - 2 protein may play an important role in angiogenesis and the progress of gastric carcinoma.
