摘要
本文借鉴"Partnership Pentagon"模型,构建了一个以高等医学院校为核心的工作团队,并应用SWOT分析方法确定社区卫生服务(CHS)机构开展社区动员和社区诊断工作的自身优势和劣势以及外部环境的机会与威胁,采取SO/WO战略,利用外部机会,依靠CHS机构的优势,克服内部劣势,保证了社区诊断的质量,探索适合沈阳老工业基地的、能够为居民提供优质CHS的可持续发展机制。
A teamwork which core is Medical University was established by making reference to ＂Partnership Pentagon＂ model. Strength - Weakness - opportunities - Threat （SWOT） analysis was applied to identify interior strengths and weaknesses and to examine the exterior opportunities and the threats of Community Health Service institutions launching community mobilization and diagnosis projects, We carried out SO/WO strategy to help assure working quality and explore sustainable developing mechanisms of providing citizens with knight community health service in Shenyang old industrial base.
