摘要
对9种不同结构参数的新型开窗翅片进行传热和流动阻力性能试验.在此基础上,给出传热因子和摩擦因子随雷诺数的变化曲线,并比较翅片间距和翅片长度等结构参数对其表面换热和阻力性能的影响.同时,利用单位传热面积泵功率和面积优化因子分析比较各翅片的综合强化传热效果.试验结果表明,新型开窗翅片的翅片间距对表面传热因子和阻力性能影响较为显著.
Experimental studies were carried out to investigate the air-side heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of a novel louvered fins and flat tube heat exchanger. The air side thermal performance data were analyzed using the effectiveness-NTU method. Results were presented as a plot of Colburn j factor and friction factor f against Reynolds number in the range of 500-6500. The characteristics of the heat transfer and pressure drop for different fin pitches and fin lengths were analyzed. In addition, the curves of the heat transfer coefficients vs the pumping power per unit heat transfer area were plotted. Finally, the area optimization factors were adopted to evaluate the thermal hydraulic performance of the louvered fins with differential geometries. The results show that the j and f factors increase with the fin space and fin length decreasing, and the fin space has more obvious effect on the area of optimization factor.
