摘要
样品用２，４，６－三硝基苯磺酸在８５℃进行衍生化。反相高效液相色谱法分离、紫外检测器检测，分离、定量了妥布霉素及其有关物质新霉胺、卡那霉素Ｂ、尼伯拉胺及氨甲酰妥布霉素。用本法分析了９批国产妥布霉素样品。
A HPLC method for analysis of tobramycin and related substances is described.The sample were derivatized with 2,4,6-trinitrobensulphonic acid at 85℃ for 45 min.Using UV absorbance(340nm) of derivatives for detection. Tobramycin and neamine,kanamycin B, nebramine,carbamoyltobramycin were separated effectively by reverse phase HPLC.
