摘要
蒸发效率的高低直接影响氧化铝生产能耗及成本,结疤是影响蒸发效率提高的主要因素。通过对结疤成分的分析,提出了预防和减缓碳分管束结疤的措施,即重点控制好水洗、酸洗各环节,最终达到消除结疤的目的。
The evaporation efficiency has a direct effect on manufacturing energy consumption and cost of aluminum oxide. The scale formation is main factor to influence improvement of evaporation efficiency. By means of analyzing the composition of scale formation, the measures to prevent and retard scale formation of the carbonic tubes were proposed, moreover to stringently control each segment of water washing and acid pickling to get rid of the scale formation.
