摘要
报告了5例婴幼儿皮肤毛细血管瘤的组织学、组织化学和超微结构特征。该瘤中大量出现的“周细胞”经鉴别可认为多数为分化中的平滑肌细胞,并多以中间型细胞的形式出现,其胞浆缺乏典型的肌丝及密体,但一部分细胞胞浆中则已可检出典型的肌丝及密体,且抗平滑肌肌动蛋白染色呈强阳性。据此提出,在毛细血管瘤中,增殖的周细胞可向平滑肌细胞转化的观点,即具分化潜能的周细胞在肿瘤生长中可经中间过渡型细胞分化成为平滑肌细胞。
Five cases of capillary hemangioma collected from the Wuhan Children's Hospital were studied histologically, immunohistochemically and ultrastructurally. The structural characteristics of this tumor were described in detail. The most pericyte-like cells surrounding the tumor capillaries were identified as smooth muscle cells during the process of differentiation, Many of them appeared in form of intermediate cell type lacking typical myofilaments and dense bodies but rich in glycogen granules and microfilaments in their cytoplasm, when there were also typical myofilaments and dense bodies in some others of this cell type.Smooth muscle alpha-actin(SM a-actin)was demonstrated in the cytoplasm of pericyte of the capillary by means of immunohistochemistry.Thus a new idea arose that smooth muscle cells may be also present in the walls of capillaries in capillary hemangioma and may be derived from the pericytes which have the ability to differentiate and become smooth muscle cells during the development of tumor growth.
