论我国教师专业发展的现实困境及其推进策略 被引量:9

摘要 教师专业发展成为当前教师教育研究的重点。我国教师专业发展所面临的现实困境是多方面的:教师专业发展水平普遍较低;教师专业发展的主体性缺失;教育模式与实践疏离;教师专业化形式有余,专业化特色挖掘不足。推进我国教师专业发展的策略有:创新教师教育模式,提升教师专业水平;赋予教师专业自主权;完善评价制度,健全教师专业发展的保障机制;促进教学反思,在经验总结中提升自己。
