摘要
通过对油研七号、油研十号设置5个纯度处理,研究了甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育两型系杂交种的纯度与产量的关系。结果表明:种子纯度每降低1%,该品种的产量下降0.5%左右;不育株率为5%,即种子纯度为90%,减产幅度在5%以上,减产达极显著水平。
Five different purities of Youyan 7 and Youyan 10 were tested to investigate the relationship between purity and F1 yield of rape hybrid with recessive genic male sterile two-line in Brassica nupus. The results show that the yield decreases about 0.5% when the purity of hybrid seed reduces 1%, that is the yield decreases over 5% with the significant level when the purity of hybrid seed is 90 %.
