摘要
云油杂2号是利用甘蓝型隐性核不育两用系99F121AB与恢复系99F1549C杂交筛选出的优势组合,表现杂交优势强,植株繁茂,根系发达,早熟,适应性广,高产稳产,芥酸含量0.16%,硫甙含量22.86μmol/g,含油量45.53%,恢复株率95%以上。2003—2004年云南省秋播油菜区试中平均产量3 570.9kg/hm2,比对照品种花油3号增产29.13%。最高单产达到5 944.5kg/hm2。
Yunyouza No. 2, a new recessive genic male sterile two -line hybrid, was bred by crossing sterile line 99F121AB with restorer line 99F1549C. The cultivar showed great hybridization superiority, with luxuriant plant and flourish roots. The cultivar possessed of high - yield, stable yield, early maturity and extensive adaptability. Yunyouza No. 2 was a good quality variety with oil content of 45.53% , low erucic content （0.16%） and low glucosinolate content （22.86trmol/g）. Its restored plants rated up to 95%. The yield of Yunyouza No. 2 was 3 570.9kg/hm^2, which out- yielded the control Huayou No. 3 by 29.13% in Autumn Sowing Regional Test of Yunnan during 2002-2004. In the Regional Test its yield was 5 944.5kg/hm^2 which was the highest among all lines..
