摘要
为了在整形美容手术时，能增加皮瓣长宽比值，作者应用家兔作为实验动物，在其背部设计８ｃｍ×２ｃｍ皮瓣，实验组术后喂服大剂量维生素Ａ，对照组按常规方法喂养。实验组皮瓣基本上全部成活，明显优于对照组。作者认为，维生素Ａ可能影响血供，增加皮瓣的长宽比值，为今后进一步研究皮瓣提出了一个新的思路。
Inordertoincreasethelongandwideproportionofskinflapduringplasticandcosmeticoperation,wetookrabbitsasexperimentalanimalandmadeaproportionof8cm×2cmskinflapontheirbacks.TheexperimentalgroupwasfedbyfeedstufandtookalargedoseofVitamineA,andthecontrolgrouponlyfedbyfeedstuf.Theresultofthestudyshowedthataltheskinflapsontheexperi-mentalgroupsurvivedbasicalyandweremuchbetterthanthatofcontrolgroup.TheresultshowsthatVitamineAmayinfluenceonbloodsupplytoskinflap,sotheskinflapinlongandwideproportioncanbeincreased.Itofersanewthoughtforthefurtherresearch,soastoprovidefortheclincialapplica-tion.
