摘要
本文利用场的空间谐波展开和Galerkin法,推导出加载环板结构基模的色散和互作用阻抗公式,计算结果与实验数据相符。研究表明:介质加载能降低相速并展宽毫米波环板行波管的带宽。
By using space harmonics expansion ot field, formula of dispersion and interaction impedance of the fundamental modes for loaded ring-plane structure are derived from Galerkin's method. The numerical results agree well with experimental data. Investigation shows that dielectrical loading will reduce working voltage and broaden the bandwidth of ring-plane TWT at millimeter waves.
