摘要
本实验对大鼠在体心再灌注模型上研究依那普利拉对再灌注心律失常的影响,并探讨其作用机理。结果实验组心律失常明显减少(P<0.01)、血肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AgⅡ)明显降低(P<0.01),心肌丙二醛(MDA)降低(P<0.01),谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSHpx)升高(P<0.05)。表明依那普利拉有防治再灌注心律失常作用,其机制与阻断肾素-血管紧张素系统活性及影响脂质过氧化物代谢有关,其作用优于超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。
The objective of this experiment was to observe the effect of Enalaprilat on reperfusion cardiac arrhythmias in open chest reperfused rat models. The result showed that the rate of cardiac arrhythmias decreased (P<0. 01), renin activites (PRA)、angiotensin Ⅱ (Ag Ⅱ) in blood and Ag Ⅱ、malondialdehyde (MDA) in myocardium decreased (P <0.01), glutathione peroxidase (GSHpx) in myocardium increased (P<0. 05). In conclusion, Enalaprilat could prevent the reperfusion cardiac arrhythmias and its protective effects may be at least due to inhibit the release of Ag Ⅱ and it effect on myocardial reperfusion injury and anti-lipid peroxidation, It's effect was better than that of superoxide dismutase (SOD).
