摘要
国有企业一直是中国经济的主导力量,其经营的好坏对于中国经济的稳定与持续发展有着重大影响。我们拟就国企改制过程中产权不明晰而造成国有资产流失和利益分配颠倒的问题运用制度经济学中的产权理论进行分析,并提出相应的建议。
State-owned companies have been taken as the dominant strength of Chinese economy. The running condition of them means a lot to the consistent stability and development of Chinese economy. This article primarily researches on the problems arose from the state-owned corporate reform using various institutional economic methods such as property right theory, and concludes relevant suggestions.
