摘要 目的:研究一氧化氮合酶(NOS1)在小鼠脑内的分布.方法:采用免疫组织化学技术,观察了一氧化氮合酶在正常小鼠脑内的表达.结果:NOS1阳性神经元分布于中枢神经系统的广泛区域,包括大脑皮质、海马、齿状回、间脑和脑干.结论:表明N0与中枢神经系统的诸多功能有关. Objective: To study the expression of nitric oxide synthase in the brain of the mouse. Methods: We observed the expression of NOS1 in brain of the mouse using immunohistochemical technique. Results : NOSt-positive neurons distributed in wide areas of CNS. They include cerebral cortex, pyramidal layer of hippocampus, granu- larand layer of dentate gyrus, and brain stem. Conclusion:The wide distribution of NOS1 indicates that NO involves in many functions of CNS.
