摘要
公务员培训是公务员制度的重要组成部分,培训可以提高公务员队伍整体素质和业务能力,从而提高公务员的管理水平,有利于促进整个社会协调和谐发展。但是由于公务员培训制度推行时间很短,所以存在许多与行政环境发展不相符合的问题。因此,我们从行政生态学角度出发,对培训制度及其相关行政环境进行分析,结合我国实际寻找对策,推进公务员培训制度与其行政环境协调发展。
Civil Service Training is an important component of the civil service system, which can enhance the overall quality and operational capacity and thus raises officials' management level and is advantageous to promot harmonious development of the whole society. However, due to the time of implementation of the training of civil service system is very short, there are many inconsistencies in the development of administrative issues. Therefore, we embark from the angle of administrative ecology and analyse related administrative environment for the training system with the reality of our country to find measures to promote the coordinated development of the civil service training system and its administration.
