摘要
用新型钙离子荧光探针Ｆｕｒａ－２对受不同浓度ＬＰＳ刺激的人外周血单核细胞内游离钙离子水平进行检测。结果表明ＬＰＳ体外能刺激单核细胞内游离钙离子浓度升高，并呈明显的剂量效应依赖关系。随着ＬＰＳ刺激浓度的增加，单核细胞内游离钙离子水平亦升高。
Adult human monocyte intracellular free Calcium({[Ca￣(2+)]}) was measured by monitoring of the fluorescence of monocytes loaded with the calcium indicator fura-2,a kind of fluorescent intracellularly trapped dyes. The free calcium concentration in monocytes activated by endotoxin was significatnly increased(P<0. 01).The cytosolic calcium concentration in monocytes showed a dose-dependent relationship with the increase of endotoxin concentration. It is suggested that the receptor-binded endotoxin can trigger the Ca￣(2+) store to set Ca￣(2+)free during monocyte activation.
