摘要
分离健康人外周血单核细胞，行短期体外培养后，以大肠杆菌内毒素刺激单核细胞，放免法测定细胞培养上清液中前列腺素Ｆ１α血栓素Ｂ２含量。结果表明内毒素体外能诱生人外周血单核细胞合成ＰＧＦ１α／ＴＸＢ２，内毒素刺激量为１０μｇ／ｍｌ时单核细胞合成ＰＧＦ１α／ＴＸＢ２最旺盛，刺激２小时左右合成速率达到高峰，随后下降。
Supernantant PGF1α & TXB2 Lvels of endotoxin-induced adult human monocytes were measured by the method of radioimmunoassay.It was observed that endotoxin could improve the monocytes PGF1α and TXB2 secretion in vitro.The data showed that the concentration of PGF1α and TXB2 secreted by monocytes reached a peak level when the final concentration of endotoxin was 10μg/ml and the stimulated time lasted to 2 hours.
