摘要
充分分析炼油厂在正常生产、不正常生产及停工检修过程中的恶臭污染源，提出加强管理，根据各地的气象条件，选择适当的检修期；以及对重点污染源进行恶臭治理等措施，可以达到消除恶臭，改善环境的目的。
The odor source of the operation,start up and shut down in the refinery was analyzed.It was suggested to enhancing management,choosing suitabe overhaul period by the meteorological condition and controlling the main odor sources.The aim of odor removal and improving the environment can obtained.
