摘要 干燥综合征（Sjoegren’s syndrome，SS）是一种自身免疫性疾病，主要侵犯外分泌腺（泪腺、唾液腺为主），导致腺体破坏和分泌减少，其诊断除临床表现、腮腺造影外，常通过测自身抗体及唇腺活检来确定旧．操作复杂，有一定创伤性，且对SS的早期诊断有一定困难。
