摘要
为研究涎腺非肿瘤疾病唾液免疫球蛋白及电解质的变化，作者对２７例舍格伦综合征（Ｓｊｏｇｒｅｎｓｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ，ＳＳ）、２５例慢性阻塞性腮腺炎（ｃｈｒｏｎｉｃｏｂｓｔｒｕｃｔｉｖｅｐａｒｏｔｉｔｉｓ，ＣＯＰ）、３２例腮腺良性肥大患者及３２例对照组的唾液总流率、混合唾液中ＳＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、钾、钠、钙、磷、氯的浓度及单位时间分泌总量进行了观察。结果显示：ＳＳ组唾液总流率下降、免疫球蛋白及电解质浓度升高但其总量下降；慢性阻塞性腮腺炎组仅有钾、钠、氯、钙总量的显著降低；腮腺良性肥大组仅有磷浓度及总量显著升高。说明免疫球蛋白及电解质总量的下降是ＳＳ的特征性表现。
Theconcentrationandtotalvalueofimmunoglobulins(SIgA,IgG)andelectrolytes(sodium,potassium,chlorine,calciumandphosphorus)inmixedsalivawereexaminedin28patientswithSjogren'ssyndrome(SS),25withchronicobstructiveparotitis(COP),32withsialadenosisand32normalcontrols.TheresultsshowedthatinSSgroup,totalsalivaflowratewasdecreased;con-centrationofSIgA,IgG,electrolyteswassignificantlyelevated;buttotalvalueofSIgA,IgG,elec-trolyteswasmarkedlydecreased.Decreasedtotalvalueofsodium,potassium,chlorineandcalciumwasrevealedinCOPgroup.Elevatedconcentrationandtotalvalueofphosphoruswasfoundinsialadenosisgroup.Thisstudyindicatesthatexaminationoftotalvalueofimmunoglobinsandelec-trolyteshasgreatervaluethanthatofconcentration.Thepossiblemechanismofchangesobservedisdiscussed.
