摘要
用VAE乳液对聚氨酯(PU)乳液进行共混改性,研究了共混乳液的稳定性、相容性、初粘力和膜的力学性能等。结果表明,调整VAE乳液的pH值为弱碱性,再与PU乳液共混能得到稳定的乳液,两者显示一定的相容性;加入10%的VAE乳液能有效地提高PU的耐水性和初粘性。
PU emulsion was modified by a series of VAE emulsion blending. Stability, initial adhesion, mechanical properties of films and compatibility of blending emulsion were studied. The results show that stability of the blending emulsion depends on weak-base VAE emulsion, the blending system is partially compatible, and the blending emulsion modified by 10% VAE emulsion has good mechanical properties, initial adhesion, and excellent water resistance.
