摘要
河北省１９９５／ｌ９９６年开展了强化免疫日活动，０～３岁４个年龄组儿童两轮报告接种率均在９９％以上。用省统计局公布的人口资料估算，接种率为８６．５６％。其中１９９３、１９９２年出生的２～、３～岁组儿童接种率均在９５％以上；１９９４、ｌ９９５年出生的１～、０～岁组儿童接种率分别为７８．９２％、６１．３６％。零剂次免疫儿童数占摸底调查应种儿童数的１．８７％，ｌ９９５年出生的０～岁组零剂次免疫儿童登记率为１０．４２％，占０～３岁零剂次免疫儿童数的９４，８５％。反映在既往接种工作存在着较大的漏洞，提示今后免疫的重点仍是低年龄组（０～ｌ岁）儿童。
n 1995/1996 in Hebei Province,the Mational Immuniztion Days was carreid out ,The reported coverage rate in the two runs of immunization in groups of 0-3 years old children were all above99%.If adopting population data anountal by Provinclal Statistical Agency,the coverage ratewas 86.56%.Among which the children bom in 1993 and 1992 now aged 2-,3-years okl allhad a coverage rate abeve 95% and those bom in l994 and l995 now aged l-,0-year oldhad coverage rates of 78.92% and 6 l.36 % aspasiVely.The zero dose immunized children ac-countal for l.87% of the total number of children ought to be vaccinateel.The regisirdtion rateof zero dose immunized children of 0-year old bom in l995 was l0.42%,that made up94.85% of the 0-3 years old zero dose immnunized children,This figure reflected not ouly theweakness existing previously in the vaccination works,but also indicated the children of low-er age(0-1 year old)still should be taken as the main objects to be vaccination here after.
