摘要
江苏省１９９５年共报告急性弛缓性麻痹（ＡＦＰ）病例２１３例，分布在７０个县（市、区，下同），占全省县数的６６．４％，其中脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）５例。１５岁以下儿童非脊灰ＡＦＰ报告发病率为１．６１／１０万，脊灰皇散发。ＡＦＰ病例１４天内合格粪便标本采集率为７０％，４８小时内调查率为９６％；全年共分离６株脊灰疫苗病毒，已有３年末发现脊灰野病毒所致病例。此结果显示：江苏省通过采取综合措施，包括做好口服脊灰疫苗（ＯＰＶ）常规免疫，开展强化免疫，建立ＡＦＰ病例监测系统，加强管理等，消灭脊灰工作取得了很大进展。但仍有不足之处，如双份合格粪便标本的采集率、及时随访率等都较低，尚须进一步努力。
13 cases of acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)were reported in 1995 in Jiangsu Province.A totalnumber of 70 counties were involved, accounting for 66. 4% of total amount of counties in JiangsunProvince. Out of 213 AFP cases, 5 were confirmed as polio.The rate of reported non-polio AFPcases was 1.6/100,000 for children under 15 years old.A geographically sporadic distribution ofpolio was noticed with no seasonal peak.70% of the total AFP cases had the two stool specimenscolected within 0-14 days after paralysis.96% of AFP cases had been investigated within 48hours after being reported. 6 strains of polio vaiccine virus were isolated in 1995.No wild-typepolio virus was found for three years in succession. The results showed that substantial progress to-wards poliomyelitis eradication had been achieved through comprehensive measures includingestablishment of AFP surveillance system, introduction of oral poliovirus vaccine(OPV)andenhancing management for poliomyelitis eradication. But,the collection rate of 2 stool specimens ofAFP cases whithin 0-14 days after paralysis and delivery rate of follow-up forms of AFP cases toProvincial Epidemic Prevetion Station within 75 daus were low.In order to reach the target ofpoliomyelitis eradication, much more efforts need to be made.
