摘要
报道手术治疗１０例注射性臀肌筋膜挛缩症，男６例，女４例，年龄４～１１岁。此症主要特点是：步态或下蹲异常，行走时双下肢外旋呈“八字步态”，坐椅或下蹲时双膝不能靠拢，下蹲后呈“蛙式位”。手术切断臀筋膜及挛缩的臀大肌纤维，彻底切除纤维化失去弹性的肌组织，术后早期有效的被动活动。经２～５年随访。
Ten cases of contracture of the gluteal muscles and fascia were reported.There were 6 males and 4 females ranging in age from 4 to 11 years.The main clinical feature was difficulty in sitting and squatting (frog-leg position).During the surgical treatment,the fibrotic bands must totally excised and all the contracturetissues released.follow-up for 2～5 years revealed satisfactory results.It is important to conduct passive motion early and effectively.
