摘要
文章通过木结构与传统结构的住宅性能与成本方面的比较分析,并结合国外成熟木结构住宅体系的研究来探讨木结构住宅中国化的可能性,提出走集成化道路和发展多层混合木结构是适合中国国情的木结构住宅发展途径。
Through the comparison and analysis of performances and costs of wooden-structure residences and traditional ones and in combination with the studies on foreign sophisticated wooden-structure residence system, this article discusses the localization possibility of wooden-structure residence, and brings forward that its suitable development path is integration and multi-storied hybrid wooden structure.
