摘要 人——组织匹配强调组织成员的个人特征和组织特征间的相容性,对于组织吸引、留住员工、提高工作绩效影响很大。采用基于人——组织匹配的员工招聘策略,对于组织的稳定和发展意义重大,具体招聘思想可体现在职位说明、知识测试、结构化面试、人员配置中。
