摘要
分析了简单供应链系统在不可退货的限制条件下的动态性。通过建立系统的状态空间模型,分析了该库存控制系统所具有的切换系统特性,及其各个子系统的稳定性和整个库存系统的性能。指出了造成供应链系统产生复杂动态行为的原因在于系统中多个子系统之间的切换行为。最后,通过绘制系统的状态分岔图和计算其最大李雅普诺夫指数,揭示了简单系统的复杂行为,并通过仿真分析了订货参数对系统性能的影响。
Dynamics of simple supply chain with constraint of no permitted order return was analyzed. The supply chain was modeled as a switched system model with two subsystems. Stability of each subsystem and the switched system were analyzed. It was pointed out that the switching actions between these two subsystems led the supply chain to complex behavior. The complex behaviors of simple supply chain were revealed by drawing system stake fork graph and computing its maximum Lyapunov index. Finally, influence of order parameter on performame of supply chain was analyzed through simulation.
