径向锻造TC4合金厚壁管材的工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了用径向锻造方法制备TC4厚壁管材的生产工艺。研究结果表明,用径向锻造方法制备TC4厚壁管表面质量好,成品率高;显微组织为转变的β相基体上均匀地分布着细小的等轴γ相,比挤压方法制备的厚壁管组织要细;其室温力学性能σb为1005MPa,σ0.2为920MPa,δ为14.5%,ψ为39%,强度指标均高于挤压得到的TC4厚壁管,塑性指标与挤压得到的TC4厚壁管相当。由于长芯棒制造难度较大,要求精度高,可尝试采用简易芯棒及无芯棒方法生产。 The process for preparing TC4 thick-wall tube by radial forging was studied. The results show that the TC4 thick-wall tube prepared by radial forging has good surface quality and higher yield, where the microstructure is fine axed (a) dispersed uniformly on the (b) matrix, which is finer than that of by extrusion. The mechanical properties at room temperature are follows: 1 005 MPa of the tensile strength, 14.5% of the elongation, 39% of the fracture shrinkage, 920 MPa of the yield. All strength index is higher than that of by extrusion, the plastic index is equal to that of by extrusion. It is difficult to manufacture shaft core because of high accuracy, one can try to use the process with simple or without shaft core.
