摘要
分析了无芯棒双模拔制变形区的应力状态,测定了单模、双模拔制的不锈钢管壁厚,实践表明,芯棒双模拔制的钢管壁厚变化小,比单模拔制减壁作用大。
the stress in the deformation zone of pipe sinking drawing with double dies is analysed, and the wall thickness of the pipes produced respectively with single die or double are measured. The practice shows that the wall-thickness variation of pipes produced with double dies are lower and the wall reductions are larger than those produced with single die.
