岷江上游地区地理位置特殊,自然资源富足,历史文化内涵丰富,我们可以充分利用其比较优势来发展本地区经济,继续发挥传统的交通枢纽功能,利用本区文化优势,做好旅游开发,限制开发水电,协调生态环保与可持续发展,水电开发、移民与民族文化保护的关系,以促进经济与社会协调发展。
The regions along the Minjiang upper reaches are geographically unique, rich in natural resources, and profuse with historical cultural connotations. We can develop the local economy by making full use of these comparative advantages. Tourism development can be done by making use of the local cultural advantage. Limited development of hydroelectricity conduces to the coordination of ecological protection and sustainable development. The coordination of the relationships among hydroelectricity, migrants and the protection of national culture conduce to the promotion of economy and social harmonious development.
