摘要
本文将探讨世界金融监管的潮流,尤其是混业经营对各国金融监管体制的冲击。同时,本文将从中国的现状出发,提出金融监管应有的功能定位以及中国现阶段推动金融监管体制创新可能面临的问题,进而提出一些值得进一步思考与解决的课题。
This paper investigates world trends in financial regulation, especially including the impact of mixed operation for the countries＇ financial regulation system. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of current situation in China, this paper proposes the adoption of a functional approach to financial regulation and problem that may occur when we restructure the financial regulation framework in China, and also discusses some further issues for consideration and settlement.
