摘要
本文阐述了玻璃的EPMA定量分析的特点和方法,并给出了我们用JCXA—733电子探针仪对含硼玻璃和G—1玻璃的定量分析结果,G—1玻璃为国际纯化学和应用化学学会组织的十国联合测试样品,为了比较,本文也列出了其他参加国对G—1玻璃的定量分析结果。
EPMA quantitative analysis characteristics and analysis method on glasses have been described. The analytical results on boron glass and G-1 glass was reported using JCXA-733 electron microprobe.G--1 sample was from IUPAC for studying EPMA quantitative analysis method on glasses. The analysis on G-1 glass was carried out by ten countries. The results from other countries were reported too.
