摘要
本文比较研究了酵母和奶粉样品的四种消化方法,在HNO3-H2SO4,HNO3-HClO4和HNO3-H2O2三种凯氏瓶法中,HNO3-H2O2法较好,而在HNO3-H2O2的凯氏瓶和微波炉PTFE高压密封罐消化法中,微波炉消化法的速度快、简便、准确度好.
In this work, four digestive methods of yeast and powdered milk wilk were compared. Fe, Mg, Cu, Ca and Mn weve determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. HNO3-H2O2 digestive method was found better in open vessel digestive meth ods than HNO3-H2SO4 and HNO3-HClO4 ones. Hign pressure microwave dige stive method in HNO3-H2O2. is a far puick, simple and convenient methcd of all.
