摘要
以丙炔醇为原料，应用功能基团的保护、格氏交换与格氏偶联、脱保护基氧化、亲核加成、闭环反应、氧化仲醇成内酯、选择性催化等合成方法合成了ｄｌ－日本丽金龟性信息素．原料易得，操作路线简单。
The systhesis of racemic sex pheromone of Japanese beetle ( dl 5 (1 n decene) 2(3H) dihydro furanone)was studied. Propiolic alcohol was used as starting material. The key step of the synthesis of compound involved in oxidition of sec alcohol to lactone followed by selective catalysis.
