摘要
将成功流(GO)法以成功为导向的技术引入配网可靠性评估中,建立了考虑转移负荷影响下配网可靠性评估的GO模型,分析了带有分支支路的复杂配电网络可靠性,最后以IEEE RBTS算例对该方法进行验证。结果表明,该方法对系统复杂度不敏感,适用于复杂配电网络的可靠性评估。
Goal oriented (GO) method is introduced into the reliability assessment of distribution networks. Firstly, a GO model of a four-feeder radial network is built, which akes account of the load shifting restriction. Then the reliability assessment method of complex radial distribution network with branches is developed, and the reasons that the complexity of the model would not increase along with the system scale are demonstrated. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the results. Test shows that GO is a simple and timesaving method, which is suitable for reliability assessment of complex radial distribution systems.
