摘要
在回顾我国农业科研体制创新取得的主要成就与存在的不足的基础上,从制度经济学的角度对我国农业科研体制创新中存在的问题进行了剖析,最后在农业科研政策与法规、农业科研投入体制、农业科研体系、农业科技推广机构、科技人才培养体制等方面提出应对策略。
Based on the reviews of the major achievements and weaknesses in the creation of the agricultural scientific research systems in China, the paper analyses the problems in terms of the systems economics. Then the corresponding strategies are presented in such aspects as agricultural scientific research policies and legal institutions, systems of agricultural scientific research inputs and of agricultural scientific research, the promoting institutes of agricultural scientific technologies and systems of scientific talented cultivating.
