鲫鱼、蟾蜍、鳖、家鸽离体小肠段生理特性的比较 被引量:4

COMPARATIVE RESEARCH OF THE PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ISOLATED SMALL INTESTINE SECTIONS FROM SOME KINDS OF VERTEBRATES

摘要 比较了鲫鱼、蟾蜍、鳖、家鸽4种脊椎动物的离体小肠段平滑肌的生理特性.采用改良的离体小肠段灌流方法记录收缩曲线,以收缩波的频率、幅度、时程、运动指数、总幅度为指标比较了它们的收缩特性.结果:以运动指数、收缩波总幅度为指标,小肠运动强度按从强至弱的顺序依次为:家鸽、鲫鱼、蟾蜍、鳖.我们认为这4种动物小肠的运动强度基本上反映了它们消化能力的大小,是与其能量代谢率呈正相关的. We compared the physiological characteristics of isolated small intestine sections from the 4 species of vertebrate in the view ( Trionyx sinensis) and comparative physiology : crucian ( Carassius auratus ), toad ( Bufo bufo gargarizans ), terrapin pigeon( Columba livia domestica ). Routine perfusion of isolated intestine sections was used. Two kinds of perfused solution, Ringer' s solution for crucian, toad and terrapin, and Tyrode' s solution for pigeon were used The contraction curve was recorded by the BL- 410 Physiological Signal Recording System. We take the frequency, amplitude, duration, motility index and total contractive amplitude of contraction waves as the parameters to estimate the contractility of small intestine in the paper. Results : the small intestine of pigeon has the most powerful contractility, the crucian has the second and the terrapin has the lowest. We assume that the intensity of small intestine motility is of positive correlation to the ability of digest of animals. The isoloated small intestine segment of the four animals can all be used as the experimental materials to validate the phvsiological characteristic of intestine.
