摘要
为了提高棱镜的透射比、减小两出射光束间的距离,设计了一种高透射比偏光棱镜。对该棱镜的出射光偏振状态、光路和透射比进行了理论分析,并对表面镀有硬质膜的样品进行了性能测试。研究结果表明该棱镜不仅实现了高的透射比,减小了两束输出光间的距离,还具有现有高透射棱镜所不具备的优点。
In order to improve transmittance and reduce the distance between two emergent waves, we design a new high extinction ratio prism. We analyse three aspects of the prism, including the polarized state of emergent lights, beam path and transmittance in theory,and measure the performance of the coated sample. Form the theoretical analysis and the experimental results we can generalize that this proposed prism not only attains transmittance and reduces the distance between two emergent waves. This prism satifies our requirement.
