衰荡腔光谱技术检测混合气体中甲醛含量 被引量:4

Measurement of formaldehyde in gas mixture using cavity ring-down spectroscopy

摘要 利用光参量振荡技术产生2.2~3.97um的宽调谐窄线宽中红外相干辐射.采用该中红外光源和衰荡腔光谱技术建立了一痕量气体成分光谱检测系统,并使用该系统对混合气体中的甲醛成分进行TN量,得到了72×10^-9的检测灵敏度.整个光谱检测系统具有很好的光谱分辨率、选择性以及测量灵敏度,适用于大气中多种污染或温室效应气体成分的检测. Tunable narrow linewidth mid-infrared radiation(MIR) from 2.2 to 3.9 um was generated by an optical parameter oscillator(OPO). Base on the high quality MIR source, cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CRDS) technique was used for gas sensing. A sensitivity of 72 × 10^-9 was achieved when use the system to measure the trace H2CO in gas mixture. Experimental results indicated that the system had the ability and the potential for future multi-trace gas measurements.
