摘要
以人为本作为高校德育的一种教育理念,从根本上说就是要以人性即人的自然性、社会性和主体性为本。现行的高校德育普遍存在着忽视人的自然性、社会性和主体性的现象。高校德育的发展方向就是要正确引导并努力实现大学生的需要作为德育的立足点,实现“学校人”与“社会人”的同构,充分尊重大学生的主体地位,强化其主体能动作用。
The principle of people-first as an education ideology of moral education in colleges and universities means basically that humanity, i.e. , people＇s nature, sociality and subjectivity, which is generally neglected in present moral education in college and universities, should be given priority. The moral education in colleges and universities should be oriented to leading correctly, making the realization of students＇ needs the foothold of moral education, the realization of transformation from school-people to social-people, respecting sufficiently the subjective position of the students and strengthening their subjective active role.
