摘要
[目的]观察紫外线局部照射治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。[方法]260例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组,紫外线照射组和药物治疗组。紫外线照射组给予紫外线局部照射;药物治疗组给予常规抗病毒、镇痛等治疗,疗程7d,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效及疼痛程度(应用目测类比评分法(VAS)对疼痛进行评定)。[结果]2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。VAS评定,紫外线组优于药物组。[结论]紫外线治疗带状疱疹能明显减轻患者疼痛,提高临床疗效。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of ultraviolet rays on the treatment of patients with herpes zoster. [Methods] 260 cases of herpes zoster were divided into the ultraviolet rays group and the medication group （ n = 130 in each group ） . The period of treatment was 7 days. The pain was assessed with visual analogue scale （VAS） . The clinical effect of treatment between the two groups was compared. [ Results] There was no statistical difference between the two groups. Compared with medication group, the pain in the ultraviolet rays group was remarkably alleviated. [ Conclusion] The ultraviolet rays has preferable clinical effect on herpes zoster.
