摘要
[目的]探讨水产品中重金属污染的程度、易超标的项目、产地,结合检疫特点,提出监管预警措施。[方法]对近3年来深圳口岸进出口水产品中重金属检测结果进行综合描述分析。[结果]无机砷和镉是水产品超标率较高的敏感项目,需重点监测;重金属超标与产品产地有一定的相关性。[结论]对水产品进口需加强监管力度,应采取综合干预措施,建立预警制度。
[Objective] To study the level of heavy metal contamination, the items that is easier going beyond the limits, source regions of aquatic products, and provide some forewarning measures. [Methods] Synthesis describe and statistical analysis of detection results of heavy metal in import and export aquatic products of Shenzhen custom last three years were used. [ Results] The rates of inorganic arsenic and cadmium going beyond limits were high and they should be specially supervised. The phenomena of heavy metal going beyond limits correlated with source regions to a certain extent. [Conclusion] We should take synthesis measures and set up forewarning program to supervise the import aquatic products more strongly.
