摘要
自我国知识产权制度建立20多年以来,高校在产权保护工作方面取得了长足的进步,但也存在着一些问题。较为全面地阐述了高校知识产权保护的现状和存在的问题,并分析了其原因,提出了相应的思路和对策。
There are 20 years since the establishment of China＇s intellectual property rights, universities in the work of IPR protection have made considerable progress. But there are also some problems. A more comprehensive exposition of uniyersities and the protection of intellectual property, and an analysis of its causes, the ideas and measures.
